Right of withdrawal for digital services

ResellScope is a digital service. In accordance with § 356 para. 4 and 5 BGB and Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as performance of the service has begun — provided you explicitly consented to this before checkout.

By using ResellScope after subscribing (e.g. logging in, adding products, or accessing any feature), your right of withdrawal is permanently lost.

Effects of withdrawal (if applicable)

A withdrawal is only possible if you have not yet used the service. In that case, we will reimburse all payments received without undue delay.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Consent at checkout

Before completing your subscription, you must explicitly confirm that you request immediate access to the service and that your right of withdrawal will be lost upon first use.

This is collected via mandatory checkboxes at checkout and forms the legal basis for the expiry of the withdrawal right under § 356 BGB.
