These Terms explain the rules for using ResellScope and describe how we access and use your data to provide the Service. By using ResellScope, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
ResellScope is a reseller management platform that helps you track inventory, sales, meetings, and profitability. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Service.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and payments
Paid features require an active subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
5. Your data and content
You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to provide, secure, and improve the Service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, access non-public areas, or upload unlawful content.
7. Third-party services
Some functionality depends on third-party services. Their terms and policies apply in addition to ours.
8. Intellectual property
All rights in the Service, including software and branding, are owned by ResellScope or its licensors.
9. Confidentiality
Non-public information shared with you must be treated as confidential unless it is already public.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. You may terminate your subscription before the changes apply. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
